Payment Successful bidders must contact Hallberg Auction within 24 hours after receiving their invoice to confirm their method of payment. Payment must be received within 7 days after the conclusion of the auction. If payment is not received or payment arrangements made within 14 days after the conclusion of the auction, the buyer will lose all right, title and interest to the item(s), including any and all moneys. Auction items will not be released for pickup until payment is made in full. Failure to comply with these terms will prohibit bidder from participating in future live or on-line auctions conducted by Hallberg Auction. Item Pickup Removal and/or transportation of item(s) won on auction shall be at the expense, liability and risk of the buyer.
