Insulated Building with Two Restrooms, Office, Break Room, Upstairs Storage Area, Also 3 Manual Roll Up Doors, 20ft. Building Sidewalls, Utilities Include Gas, Electric, and Water, The Electric Supply to the Property will include 220 Volt and 3 Phase Set Up, Interior Walls are Sheet Metal Lined up to 7ft., Covered Outdoor Wash Bay, 6" Concrete Floors, Skylights, and Commercial Gas Heaters in the Work Area of the Building. The shop area will be an Open Span, This property is currently being used as a Metal Fabrication / Welding Shop.
