Saturday, April 28th. All Units will stay LOCKED until right before sold! First Facility: Crane Mini Storage 9:00 A.M. Location: 201 Creek Avenue Crane, Mo. 65633 At least 10 units (possibly more) First unit will open at 9:00 AM. Second Facility: All Around Storage 11:00 A.M. Location: 13070 State Hwy. 39, Mt. Vernon, Mo. 65712 At least 5 units (possibly more) First unit will open at 11:00 AM.
Bidders will have a few minutes to look in it--without going inside--before the bidding begins. The storage facility will typically collect a cleaning deposit from you, which they will return when you have emptied the storage locker and left it broom-swept so that its ready to be rented to a new tenant. You will not be permitted to use the facility’s dumpster's so be prepared to haul away and dispose of anything that you don’t want! |
