Terms: Trees are being sold AS-IS in the ground with a NO RETURN policy. It will be the responsibility of the buyers to dig purchased trees. Digging arrangements can be made through Mattingly Landscaping Service. This is an added fee payable to Mattingly Landscaping Service which is independent from Koehler Auctions, SE Ohio Auctions LLC & Jeff Koehler, Auctioneer. Digging arrangements need to be made between purchasers and Mattingly Landscaping Service. Tree digging cost per tree is $10.00 per 1inch width. All purchases need to be paid for on the day of the auction. The form of payment can be in cash, Credit Card (with a 4% buyer’s premium with credit card), Bank Certified Check or Business check with bank letter of credit. All purchased trees must be removed NO LATER THAN 5/31/2018, NO EXCEPTIONS!
