If you purchase an item that has a title (car, truck, 4 wheeler, etc.) and pay by check the title will be held until the check clears. 10% buyer fee, additional 3% buyer fee for absentee bids. Terms on firearms: You must have valid IL fire owner ID card (FOID) to bid on the firearms. The owner will transport all firearms to Hick’s Trading Post, Pinckneyville, IL. Purchaser will be required to pick-up the firearm at Hick’s after the required waiting period and all paper work is completed. A $15 per gun transfer fee will be charged by Hick’s Trading Post. There will be absolutely no exceptions; everyone including Federal firearm dealers will be required to follow these terms.
