There is a 10% Buyer's Premium on all items. All items are sold "as is" without warranties or guarantees of any kind whatsoever. Bidders are encouraged to inspect all items carefully before placing a bid on any item. Bidders may preview and inspect items beginning at 3 p.m. on date of auction. All items must be removed from the auction site by end of auction unless other arrangements are made with auction staff. Items left more than 7 days after the auction date will be considered abandoned by the buyer.
