" While descriptions are believed to be accurate, Orrill's Auction and the Auctioneer make no representation or warranty express or implied as to the merchantability, correctness, description, age, antiquity, appraised value or condition of the property to be sold at auction.
" The buyer's premium is 18%. Customers paying their bill in its in entirety in cash are subject to 15% buyers premium within 24 hours of the auction. Invoice needs to be paid within 24 hours of the auction.
" Shipping arrangements and/or picks are solely the buyers responsibility. Shipper has to be identified within 48 hours and local pick needs to be arranged within 24 hours.
" I am aware and understand, I forfeit my purchases if I fail to pick up my items or arrange shipping for them in the previously allotted time frame.
