All items will be auctioned as is-where is with no guarantee as to its working condition. All items are up for bid without reserve with the exception of the 18 Foot Pace American Enclosed Trailer. We are taking bids on the trailer and it will not be available until May 1st for retrieval. This is a "walking" auction so bring a chair if you think you'll need one. There is no place to sit on the property. There is a 15% buyer's premium in effect for credit card payments with a 3% discount for cash. No checks will be accepted. Bring your own help to load and disassemble items from walls and the ground if necessary.
