.. 5. PAYMENT TERMS:  Cash, money order, certified check, or Auctioneer approved personal check  and credit card.  Five percent (5%) Buyer’s Premium discounted for non-credit card payment. A holding deposit may be required from a Floor Bidder paying by personal check and not known to the Auctioneer.

.. 6. Grading of all lots appearing in this auction is the opinion of Michael Charnego, Auctioneer.  Lots may also have been graded by a professional grading service and are listed as such.  No warranty, expressed or implied, is made as to the grading, which may vary among individuals.

.. 7. Lots purchased by floor bidders cannot be returned.  Inspect all lots before bidding.

NOTE:  The heading for each group may indicate “Bid times the Quantity.”

For Example - Lot # 9 has 2 proof sets.  Your bid would be for one set which will then be automatically multiplied by 2  to give the total bid for the lot.  If the grouping does not so indicate, your bid would be for the entire lot.

Inspect all lots before bidding.

.. 8. Lots purchased by Absentee/Internet Bidders cannot be returned without permission within 3 days from receipt of the shipment.  All lots must be in their original holders and must not have been tampered with in any way.

NOTE:  The heading for each group may indicate “Bid times the Quantity.”

For Example - Lot # 9 has 2 proof sets.  Your bid would be for one set which will then be automatically multiplied by 2  to give the total bid for the lot.  If the grouping does not so indicate, your bid would be for the entire lot.

.. 3.  Absentee/internet bidders must provide their full name, postal address,  e-mail address, and phone number when placing a bid.

.. 4. Payments by Absentee/internet bidder for lots must be made within 7 days upon notification by phone, e-mail or written invoice.  Shipment will be by USPS First Class or Priority Mail with delivery confirmation or insurance.  All postage and handling shall be paid by the Buyer.  The Buyer must specify if parcels are to be insured.  Any loss due to non-insurance is at the liability of the Buyer.  Floor bidders must pay by conclusion of the auction.

Inspect all lots before bidding.

.. 8. Lots purchased by Absentee/Internet Bidders cannot be returned without permission within 3 days from receipt of the shipment.  All lots must be in their original holders and must not have been tampered with in any way.

.. 10.  Title for all lots remains with Michael Charnego, Auctioneer, until full payment is received and checks are processed.

.. 11.  If there is a dispute between Bidders, the final award shall be determined  by the Auctioneer.

.. 12.  Absentee/Internet bids must be received no later than 6:00 PM the day before the Live Floor Auction.  Absentee/Internet Bidders will have their bids entered into the Live Floor Auction up to the limit of their stated maximum, if necessary.  Lots may be won at less than stated maximum.
