Terms: Cash or check (valid ID), Credit/Debit cards (5% convenience fee). 30.00 returned check charge. Or I can send you an invoice and you can pay through PayPal or Square. (5% fee applies)
Sales tax of 7.25% is charged unless you have a sales tax id # on file with us.
All items are sold AS-IS where-is with no warranties or guarantees.
ALL items must be removed from auction on specified date during specified hours OR BY APPOINTMENT (if you haven't made an appointment, and items are not paid for or picked up, you will no longer be allowed to bid on our auctions) If not picked up they will become property of the auction house.
A bid is a legal and binding contract, by registering to bid you are electronically entering into a legal contract. Once you are declared winner, you are responsible for the item. (You have to pay for it and pick it up)
