Bidders are encouraged to inspect all items carefully before placing a bid on any item. Bidders may preview and inspect items beginning at 2 p.m. until 5 p.m. Friday before the auction on Saturday. All items must be removed from the auction site by end of auction unless other arrangements are made with auction staff. Items left more than 3 days after the auction date will be considered abandoned by the buyer.

Now she is ready to liquidate the merchandise which she has stored all this time. Antique furniture, antique glassware, gold jewelry, costume jewelry, pretty home decor, mirrors, art, etc. She is also selling salvage building components from a mobile home on the property. The mobile home is in disrepair, although it can also be sold. But it has several sets of French doors, jacuzzi tub, glass top stove, and other good stuff, all in excellent condition. Lots of stuff for builders .....due to the rain these items have been removed from the auction.... contact the office for further information and to arrange a date to purchase these items We are holding this estate auction at our auction house in order to accommodate more people and provide adequate seating and parking.
