DATE OF SALE: To begin Wednesday, March 7, 2018 at 12:00 PM and conclude on Sunday, March 11, 2018 at or about 4:00 PM.
PREVIEW: Public preview for will be Wednesday March 7, 2018 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
BUYERS PREMIUM: There will be a 15% buyer’s premium added to all bids and included in the total purchase price of ALL items.
PAYMENT: Payment will be due in full to HALFHILL AUCTION GROUP, LLC at the time of pickup on March 13th. Accepted methods of payment are cash, personal/business check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards (no debit cards accepted). There will be a 3% Convenience Fee added to all credit card transactions.
ITEM PICKUP: Pickup will be scheduled on Tuesday, March 13, 2018 from 11:00AM-6:00PM. All items must be payed for before removal from property. LARGE ITEMS WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER FOR DISASSEMBLY AND MOVING. NO AUCTION STAFF WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR HEAVY LIFTING.
SALES TAX: Kentucky Sales Tax (6%) will be added to the purchase price. Dealers or other exempt parties must provide proper documentation to Auctioneer before bidding or will be charged the sales tax.
AUCTION END TIMES: Halfhill Auction Group Online Auctions are timed events and bidding will close at staggered time intervals. Halfhill Auction Group Online Auctions also have an auto extend feature. If a bid is placed in the final 3 minutes of the auction, the close of the auction will be automatically extended 3 minutes from the time the bid was placed. For Example: If an auction scheduled to close at 4:00 PM receives a bid at 3:59, the close will automatically extend to 4:03 PM. The auto extend feature remains active until no further bids are received within a 3 minute time frame.
