DATE OF SALE: To begin Wednesday, February 28, 2018 at 12:00 PM and conclude on Sunday, March 4, 2018 at or about 4:00 PM.
PREVIEW: There will be NO public preview for this property. If you are a piano buyer and need to see the pianos, please contact the auctioneer to schedule an appt. Jim Jr. 859-221-9373 or Kristin 859-333-1855.
BUYERS PREMIUM: There will be a 15% buyer’s premium added to all bids and included in the total purchase price of ALL items.
PAYMENT: Payment will be due in full to HALFHILL AUCTION GROUP, LLC at the time of pickup on March 6th. Accepted methods of payment are cash, personal/business check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards (no debit cards accepted). There will be a 3% Convenience Fee added to all credit card transactions.
ITEM PICKUP: Successful buyers must schedule an appointment time for pickup. The property has a secured guard gate and guests must present a photo ID and have their name on the guards list. SALES TAX: Kentucky Sales Tax (6%) will be added to the purchase price. Dealers or other exempt parties must provide proper documentation to Auctioneer before bidding or will be charged the sales tax.
AUCTION END TIMES: Halfhill Auction Group Online Auctions are timed events and bidding will close at staggered time intervals. Halfhill Auction Group Online Auctions also have an auto extend feature. If a bid is placed in the final 3 minutes of the auction, the close of the auction will be automatically extended 3 minutes from the time the bid was placed. For Example: If an auction scheduled to close at 4:00 PM receives a bid at 3:59, the close will automatically extend to 4:03 PM. The auto extend feature remains active until no further bids are received within a 3 minute time frame.
