Term and Conditions: Buyers Premium and Sales Tax: The Buyer's Premium of 15% will be added to each successful bid. Virginia Sales Tax of 5.3% will be charged on all items unless the buyer provides a valid sales tax exemption form. Sales tax exemption must be claimed and form presented before payment is made. Payment: Cash, Credit Card, or Good Check are approved methods of payment. This online only auction will require bidders to enter a valid credit card in order to register to bid. The credit card will be checked for available credit of at least $100 but the card will not be charged. At the end of the auction all successful bidders will recieve an invoice via email and payment can be made online. If payment arrangements are not made within 24 hours then the credit card used for authorization purposes at the time of registration will be charged. All payments whether cash, check, or card must be made within 24 hours of the end of the auction and before any items are picked up or shipped. Bidding: You must be registered to place a bid on an item. By placing a bid, you agree to all the terms and conditions that apply to this auction. All bids are final. We cannot retract or remove a bid. We respect your privacy and that of the other bidders. We will not release your information to anyone without your permission. This is an online only auction. The bidding will begin to close on March 6 at 7:00 PM and close at the rate of two lots per minute with a one minute auto extend. This means that if a bid is placed within one minute of the end of the auction the auction for that item will auto extend for an additional minute until no more bids are placed within the last minute. Shipping: Shipping will be available via USPS First Class or Priority Mail for all online buyers. An additional fee of $5 for the first knife and $2 for each knife thereafter will be added to your invoice if you want us to ship the knives you purchase. We will ship the knives within 3 business days after receiving payment in full. Buyers may pick up their items at the auction location but all items must be picked up within 7 days. All items not picked up within 7 days of the end of the auction or where shipping is not arranged within 7 days, will be considered abandoned property and will become the property of the seller or the Auction Company.
