- The Winner! The successful purchaser will be required to deposit a personal or business check equaling 10% of the winning bid. For example, a winning bid of $155,000 requires an auction-day payment of $15,500.
- Irrevocable Bank Letter of Guarantee on bank letterhead. Letter shall match the Institution on the check, and list the matching Account holder's name, Account #, Check #, and Date of auction. This letter shall accompany the check to ensure you have the capacity to pay the amount due on auction day for the purchase of this property.
- Closing within 44 days, or by/before April 30, 2018.
