Arrive early, as there is limited off road parking.  All handguns require a CCW or purchase permit. Jewelry descriptions are per owner and have not been inventoried by a jeweler. Auction will be held rain or shine. Terms of Sale: Cash or MI check w/proper ID accepted. 3% buyer’s premium added to payments made by credit card. Bank letter of credit required for purchases of $5000 or more. All items to be settled for in full before removal from premises. Not responsible for accidents before, during or after auction.
