Any announcements made the Day of Auction Will Supercede Any Previous Print or Internet Ads.
Payment Terms: We Accept Cash or Personal Check with Proper and Satisfactory Photo ID, Credit and Debit Cards are accepted as well. There is a 4% Buyers Fee with this Auction. The 4% Buyer Fee will be waived on Personal Property Items Only if you are paying with Cash or Approved Check.
Directions: From the Intersection of Hwy 64 and 64B in Muldrow, Ok. Go North approx. 3.5 Miles to 1080 Rd. Directly Across from the Mineral Springs Baptist Church. Go WEST on 1080 Rd. approx. 2/10th. mile to the Auction Location on the South Side of the road. Auction Signs Will Be Posted !!!
