Muldrow, Ok. 
 
 
It's time for the next Public Consignment Auction to be held in Muldrow, Ok.  We will be located at the Outdoor Lot behind the Piggly Wiggly Grocery Store just off of North Wilson Rock Rd. at the Intersection of Hwy 64 and Wilson Rock Rd. in Muldrow, Ok. 74948,   Starting time will be 10 am.  We will begin checking in consignments on Wednesday April 11th. from 9am till 6pm.  Thursday April 12th. from 9am till 6pm and Friday April 13th. from 9am till 7pm.   This is an outdoor setting, there is plenty of room for large items such as Farm Equipment, Tools, Lawn Equipment, Shop Items, Etc.  We also accept a variety of Home Items such as Furniture and more.  We strive to provide Quality Items for the buyer's who attend this auction.  With that being said, consignor's are welcome to bring all types of merchandise to this auction. However if we feel that items need to be sold in a large lot or group to bring a bid, the auction company will have the discretion to do so. It is our goal to obtain the highest bid available the day of auction for the consignor, but if we feel the need to combine items or groups of items to get the items sold, the auction company reserves that right.
There will be some items in this auction where our consignors have placed a reserve or minimum bid on the property. We always encourage all sellers to consign their items without any reserve pricing, because in most cases the final high bid is within reason of the sellers price they may have in mind.  Border Town Auctions Reserves the right to bid on any Item or Items that require a reserve price up to the point of the reserve price for the consignor.  Again our goal is to maintain a Professional Quality Auction which is beneficial to all consignors and buyers and assures that everyone is treated fairly.  If you have any questions regarding the Consignment Process, Reserve Prices, Etc., feel free to call  479. 629. 6501
 
All Items Will Be Sold in As-Is, Where-Is Condition Without Any Warranties of Any Kind.  All Bidder's / Buyer's are expected to make a Reasonable Inspection of the Items to Their Own Satisfaction Before Bidding and Buying.   All Sales Are Final. 
Any and All Guaranties or Representations Made, Will Be Between The Buyer and Seller Only !!!  The Auction Company Is Acting As Selling Agent Only for the Consigned Items.  Once the Item or Items are declared Sold by the Auctioneer, those Items become the responsibility of the Bidder / Buyer.  The Auction Company is Not Responsible for Loss, Theft, Misplaced, or Broken Items.   All Bidder's / Buyer's are expected to pay for the items purchased in the condition they are in  On The Day of Auction. 
 
If you would like to include your item / items in the Pre-Auction Advertisements you may text, email, or call with the information pertaining to your consignments.  We are also available to come to your location and take photo's of the consignment items, so they can be added to our website and facebook post.   We will have a Nightwatchmen At the Lot Every Evening During the time frame of Check-In and Auction.
