All items must be removed from the auction premises by 5 PM January 26, 2018. After that time ownership of any remaining items reverts to the seller and he shall have the right to resell or dispose of them at his discretion. Any property remaining on the premises is there at the buyer's risk and any loss or damage shall be born by the buyer.
Any announcements made before or during the auction take precedence over any previously distributed information.
