Should any dispute arise between the two or more recognized bidders, the article or articles being sold may be immediately put up for resale at the option of the Auctioneer. 3. When an item is declared sold by the Auctioneer, the purchaser assumes full liability for that item and said item remains on the premises at the purchaser's risk. All items must be removed from auction premises by Jan 26, 5 PM. 4. Full payment for all purchases shall be made by purchaser before leaving auction premises.
