1. All bidders must register with the Chesapeake Auction House and give full identifications to bid including a valid credit card.
2. Full payment is due on completion of sale. All Sales are Final…. NO EXCEPTIONS!
3. Payment is accepted in the form of Cash, Master Charge, Visa, American Express, or Discover Card.
4. All purchases must be paid in full before any merchandise can be removed from the premises.
5. All items must be removed within one week of the close of the auction, unless prior arrangements have been made with the auction company. Buyers assume responsibility for any/all shipping arrangements. Shipping is available with a shipping and handling fee. Contact us for a quote. Merchandise left after that time will be considered abandoned and may be resold without notice. Your credit card will be charged for all purchases whether removed or not…. NO EXCEPTIONS!
6. There will be a 13% Buyers Premium added to the purchase price of each lot sold. Chesapeake Auction House is required by Maryland law to charge state sales tax of 6%. Any bidder wishing to use a tax resale number must have a resale number on file prior to the auction.

This is an "Online Only" Auction starting December 20,2017 - 5 PM and ending December 28
2017 - 7 PM. A Buyer's Premium of 13% plus 6% sales tax will be added to your invoice at the close of the auction. Items must be picked at the auction house within a week after the auction, unless other arrangements have been made with the Auction House.

NO EXCEPTIONS 1 Vintage Mirrored Box and Watches Plus Jewelry The rabbit box is Herend but the rabbit has a broken ear. The watches are being sold as is—some of the older names are Hamilton, Elgin and Gruen. There are also pins, earrings and a necklace. One hinge on the box needs repaired. 2 5 Pieces and Sets of Jewelry The chains on the necklace in the front and to it’s right are both sterling. The silver set in the middle left is marked SC and there is a stone out of the bracelet. We do not know if the watch works. 3 Blue Velvet Box Of Nice Costume Jewelry The watch is a Bulova and we do not know if it works. The lighter is by Buxton. 4 Tray of Silverplate, Perfume Bottles Plus The top of the little jar is both dented and broken. The colorful piece is all beaded. The utensils and bowl ARE NOT marked sterling. The little box holds screw cutters. 6 Hand Made Crab, Seashell and Grasses Lamp This works and is close to 28 inches tall. The shade appears to be hand cut. 7 Stained and Leaded Glass Hanging This is about 12 by 20 inches and is ready to hang. 8 Nautilus Shell Framed in Stained Glass. This is 12 inches across and only has a short chain at the top. 10 Sailboat Book Ends and Stained Glass Sailboat The stained glass piece is 14 inches tall. 11 Beach Wall Art, Small Planter Cups Plus The lighthouse art has key hooks along the bottom. 13 Beautiful Old Bavarian Fruit or Dessert Set The 10 plates are almost 8 inches across. There are 4 colors and 6 designs. All pieces have a shallow depression—they are not flat. 14 18 Pieces Of Clear and Light Green Stemware The green glassware is about 4.5 and 5.5 inches tall. One of the smaller ones has a slight rim chip. The clear stemware is patterned and each is 4 inches tall. 15 2 Pieces of Beach and Sailboat Wall Art These are each about 23 inches long. 16 Large Sectioned Serving Plate Plus Crystal Pitcher The round tray is 13.5 inches across. We think the large 10 Inch pitcher is crystal.
