Upon registration, bidder accepts terms of this Auction.
1- Registration Required with a valid crediot card. 15% buyers Premium. We vwill give you the option of paying with cash or credit on pick up day. If you pay- On Pick up dayand Remove all items, with cash or Good Check- BUYERS PREMIUM IS REDUCED TO 10%. Otherwise, It will remain at 15%
2- Before you bid, Know that the items are requiredto be removed from the auction locationon the designated pick up day. Items not picked up on designated pick up daywill be charged on your credit cardand are subject to beconsidered abandonded.
3- Due to repeat credit card declines, we have tpo charge a $20 fee if your credit card is declined. Please be sure to go into yout buyer settings and delete any expired cards or any cards that you do not want to use any longer, prior to registration.
4-Shade Auctions are not responsible for any "'Miscued" bids by bidder. Example- Decimal in wrong place, or you bid on wrong item, etc...
5- All Sales are final. Shade Auctions describes all items exactlt as we see them. All items are sold as is/ where is. You may call/ Text if you have questions about a specific item. ( Dave 304-279-4207) Absolutley NO REFUNDS will be given.
