BY SUBMITTING ANY BID YOU ARE SIGNIFYING ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS of the Chesapeake Auction House.
1. All bidders must register with the Chesapeake Auction House and give full identifications to bid including a valid credit card.
2. Full payment is due on completion of sale. All Sales are Final…. NO EXCEPTIONS!
3. Payment is accepted in the form of Cash, Master Charge, Visa, American Express, or Discover Card.
4. All purchases must be paid in full before any merchandise can be removed from the premises.
5. All items must be removed within one week of the close of the auction, unless prior arrangements have been made with the auction company. Buyers assume responsibility for any/all shipping arrangements. Shipping is available with a shipping and handling fee. Contact us for a quote. Merchandise left after that time will be considered abandoned and may be resold without notice. Your credit card will be charged for all purchases whether removed or not…. NO EXCEPTIONS!
6. There will be a 13% Buyers Premium added to the purchase price of each lot sold. Chesapeake Auction House is required by Maryland law to charge state sales tax of 6%. Any bidder wishing to use a tax resale number must have a resale number on file prior to the auction.

A Buyer's Premium of 13% plus 6% sales tax will be added to your invoice at the close of the auction. They are of Rebekah at the Well which is on each one. There is a little damage—spout and lids. 65 Large Terra Cotta Covered Casserole This is about 12 inches across and shows little if any use. It is signed Fox Run Craftsmen. 66 Vintage Boxed Haviland Plus 2 Ardco Angels The 4.5 Inch Haviland pieces are dated 10/13/64 and are very thin porcelain. The 7 Inch angels are also vintage and feel like Chalkware. One is chipped at the top. 67 Milkglass and Pottery The vase is about 9.5 inches tall. The little platter is 10 inches long, is somewhat translucent and has some edge roughage. The Jug is a product of China. 68 2 Stained Glass Type Hanging Pictures These 10.5 by 14 Inch decorative pieces are NOT stained glass but are made to look like it. They are ready to hang. Some of the finish on the bottom of the fruit picture is gone. 69 Old Brown and White Jug This is the standard 12 Inch size.
