$301.00 to $1,000.00… 10%              $1,001.00 and over … 8%

 Per item $2.00 minimum charge on all sales.

If it brings $2.00 or less then you will only be charged for what it brings.
Buy backs - $2.00 minimum charge or 5% which ever is greater, with           
No buy back charge more then $50.00
Due to clearing of checks and funds it may take up to 20 business day before settlement will be made with consigners.

I further agree to indemnify and hold Auctioneer and midland antique engine ASSOCIATION harmless from any claim, loss or damage as a result of said sale and to bear the risk of any loss or damage to any property included in said auction.  SELLER AGREES TO DELIVER AND SELL AT AUCTION THE ITEM(S) LISTED OR DESCRIBED ON ATTACHED [OR LIST(S)].  SELLER FURTHER AGREES NOT TO REMOVE ANY LISTED ITEM(S) FROM THE AUCTION.

SCHEDULE FOR DELIVERY OF CONSIGNMENTS:

Prior to February 3^rd.,  the only consignments we can receive at the sale site will be large items, by appointment.
On Saturday, February 3^rd,  then Tuesday Feb. 6^th,  thru Friday February 9^th,   From 9a.m ~ 5p.m.
we will be taking consignments on the grounds.
ABSOLUTELY NO CONSIGNMENTS TAKEN ON AUCTION DAY
