Shuman Auction Entire Contents of Garage – “Storage Unit Style” We will sell by absolute auction located at 33 Homan Dr. Dolestown, OH 44230. 1/10 mile south of Rt. 585 on Gates St., then left on Homan Dr. to auction site. See pictures at www.rdfarnsworth.com Tuesday, November 21, 2017 – 5 PM “STORAGE UNIT STYLE” Contents of 2 car garage sold as one entire lot: We will sell the contents of a 2 car garage to the highest bidder as one entire lot. Nothing will be sold individually. Preview starts at 4 PM, and contents of garage will be auctioned at 5 PM. Buyer will be responsible for entire cleanout of garage, and will have until Tuesday, Nov. 28 at 5 PM (one week after the auction) to remove items and clean out building. Dumpster will be provided for unwanted items. $50 cash deposit will be charged and will be returned after the building is cleaned out. If buyer fails to remove all items and clean out garage within 1 week after the auction, then deposit will not be returned. Payment Terms are CASH ONLY. Contents include furniture, china cabinet, curio cabinet, children’s books, dolls, records, Pyrex bowls, sports memorabilia, collectibles, glassware, nic nacs, postcards, tonka trucks, vintage toys, tools, Christmas decorations, and other items. We had a very good auction for Mrs. Shuman earlier in the year at the Sprunger Building in Kidron, and this is the remainder of the items that we didn’t take to the first auction.
