Any condition statement is given as a courtesy to a client, is only an opinion and should not be treated as a statement of fact. Old West Reatly & Auction LLC shall have no responsibility for any error or omission. The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections or the effects of aging.
BUYERS PREMIUM: A 10% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase.
PAYMENT: Cash, check or credit card at the time of load out. If you choose to pay with a credit card a 3% administration fee will be added. Any invoice that is $1000 or more must be paid by wire transfer with in 24 hours of auction closing. We will send buyer wiring instructions.
TITLES: A $20.00 Title fee will be charged to the buyer for any titled item. Titles will be mailed to buyer via certified mail within 14 business days of items being paid for and picked up. NO EXCEPTIONS.
GUN TERMS: You must have a valid hand gun permit, concealed carry permit, or an FFL to purchase a gun. A local FFL will handle all transfer paperwork and a $20 gun transfer fee will be charged on all guns. Shipping can be provided from the local FFL to your FFL. Guns must be picked up after auction is over at the FFL location within 1 week of auction.
STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 6:30pm CDT at a rate of 4 lots per minute. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 1 minute whenever a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes of any lot.
SHIPPING: NO SHIPPING IS PROVIDED. However - we are willing to work with your shipper at your expense. Please message us for more info!
LOAD OUT: Winning Bidders must pick their items up during the specified load out times. Load Out will be held on Saturday, November 4th - 10:00-3:00 pm ONLY... NO EXCEPTIONS! Any items left after the specified load out date will be considered forfeited. We will not be offering any additional load out dates or times. It will be the buyer's responsibility to dismantle & disconnect any and all equipment. Please bring your own packing materials, labor, tools & moving equipment.
CAUTION: For demonstration purposes various equipment may be joined. Do not assume a lot consists of more than one item simply because they are connected or pictured together. Please inspect the lot numbers and read the descriptions.
CATALOG DISCREPANCIES: You are bidding on the described item not the photograph, occasionally the wrong photo may be displayed, always read the item description.
SERVER & SOFTWARE TECHNICAL ISSUES: In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software or any other online auction-related technologies, Old West Realty & Auction LLC reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding. NEITHER THE COMPANY PROVIDING THE SOFTWARE NOR OLD WEST REALTY & AUCTION SHALL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR A MISSED BID OR THE FAILURE OF THE SOFTWARE TO FUNCTION PROPERLY FOR ANY REASON.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine the condition of the items and bid accordingly. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but not guaranteed.
