DATE OF SALE: To begin Wednesday, October 11, 2017 at 12:00 PM and conclude on Sunday, October 15, 2017. Lot #1 begins closing at 6:00 PM with a 20 second staggered and 3 minute soft close.
PREVIEW: Public preview scheduled for Sunday October 8, 2017 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. 2nd preview on auction day October 14, 2017 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
BUYERS PREMIUM: There will be a 15% buyer’s premium added to all bids and included in the total purchase price of ALL items.
PICKUP: Pickup is scheduled for Tues. October 17th, 2017 from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM
PAYMENT: Payment will be due in full to HALFHILL AUCTION GROUP, LLC at the time of pickup on October 17, 2017 from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Accepted methods of payment are cash, personal/business check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards (no debit cards accepted). There will be a 3% Convenience Fee added to all credit card transactions.
SALES TAX: Kentucky Sales Tax (6%) will be added to the purchase price. Dealers or other exempt parties must provide proper documentation to Auctioneer before bidding or will be charged the sales tax.
