Estate auction of William and Patricia Fites will be conducted through ONLINE ONLY bidding.
Patricia and William owned and operated an antique store in Northern Michigan for many years. They enjoyed and collected fine antiques for their own residence and this is an opportunity for those will similar tastes to add to their collections or furnish their home.
All bids will be final in this ONLINE ONLY AUCTION. Please rely on your personal inspections when determining bid amounts. Item inspections were completed on October 24 or by appointment.
Please note that a 10% Buyers Premium will be added to each final bid, and also a 3% premium for any credit card transactions.
Note that Check-Out will be conducted on October 28, 2017 from 2pm to 5pm at the listed address.
A second Check-Out has been added on October 29, 2017 from 5pm to 6pm. No other Check-Outs have been authorized or will be allowed. Any items won and not picked up at the designated Check-Out will remain on site. No guarantee is provided that items will be kept in a secure location.
