Preview/Inspection: Saturday October 14 from 8:00am – Sale Time All items are located at the home NOT at our office.
Sale Time: The Home will sell at 10:00am and the furnishings will sell immediately after. Again, this sale is Live On Site. All items being sold is at the home not at Powell Auction!!
Pick up/Removal: Day of Sale ONLY!!! Everything must be removed upon conclusion of the auction on Saturday the 14th. We will not be going back any other day. All items must be removed on Saturday!! There is no shipping being offered for this auction, local pick up only….at the home.
There is an Ivor Johnson .22 cal revolver that will be sold. The succesful high bidder will have to come to our office at Powell Auction & Realty located at 6729 Pleasant Ridge Rd. on Monday October 16 to pick the gun up. You will have to fill out the paperwork for the background check prior to taking possession of the firearm. If you don’t think you will pass the background check, DO NOT bid on the gun.
