We also have an 18 x 80 three bedroom, 2 bath mobile home in excellent condition. This is a 2003 Fleetwood Sunpointe home with laminate flooring throughout except in wet areas. All porches convey with the home and all are to be removed at the purchasers expense. You really need to see this one if you are in any way interested in purchasing a mobile home (for a home or rental property). We have several vehicles including two Allegro motor homes. One is an '89 model and will sleep 6 or more. This one has only 11,289 miles and is equipped with 2 A/C units, the refrigerator still has the blue tape holding racks in place. One vehicle selling is a 1980 Ford F-150 w/bed cover, 72,000 miles. A 1988 Chevy 2500 4x4 w/ new factory rebuilt transmission. Lots of motorcycle parts and pieces for the do-it-yourselfer. We also have a 1972 Chrysler New Yorker ready to be put on the street with only a little effort and paint. This car only has 50k miles and a leather interior. You gotta see it!! Collector plates by David Zolan (children), Roseville pottery and Nemadji pieces plus a Marilyn Monroe pen and ink by Donald Williams signed and numbered. There are sets of sports cards, 2 drum sets, sewing material and machines, glass and wrought iron.
