Terms and Conditions: Use of this site is subject to the terms and conditions contained herein. Auctioneer reserves the right to edit the terms and conditions and individual auction pages may contain additional terms and conditions. It is the buyer's responsibility to review the terms and conditions prior to each use of this site. By bidding you acknowledge agreement and acceptance of all terms and conditions of this site and any revisions or changes thereof. Bidder requirements: In order to bid, you must be registered with name, address, valid credit card information, valid phone number, and valid email address. Due diligence: All merchandise is sold as is with no warranties. Bidder is responsible for his own inspection, determination of condition, value, and correctness of description. Do not bid if you are uncertain what you are bidding on. All sales are Final: Bidder understands that no refunds, exchanges, adjustments, charge backs, etc. will be allowed. Winning Bidder Notification/Invoice: Upon close of the auction you will be emailed a "Winning Bidder Notification" in the form of an invoice for your purchases. This invoice is due and payable immediately. Payment types accepted: cash, approved check or credit card. Buyers Premium: 13% if paying with credit/debit card. 10% if paying with cash or approved check. Payment and Pick Up: Upon receiving an invoice, you may choose to "pay now" online with credit card or you may pay with cash or check at pickup. If you choose to pay with credit card, you must do so online as we will not have credit card equipment at the pick up site. By registering, you agree to allow Orrell Auctions to charge your credit card for the amount of your invoice if no payment has occurred by the end of designated pick up time. Designated Pick Up Time: Purchased items must be picked up by the buyer during the specified time. Any items that are not removed during the time allowed will be considered abandoned and may be discarded or resold. Receipt: A paid receipt will be furnished to the buyer upon payment. Paid receipt must be presented to attendant at pickup. No items will be released for pickup until paid for. Shipping: We do not handle shipping. If you require shipping, you are responsible for making arrangements with shipper, which includes pick up of merchandise during designated pick up time.
