* By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.
* We reserve the right to reject any bid at our discretion.
* Applicable taxes apply at a rate of 8.25%. If you are tax exempt, please ensure your tax ID information is on file with Lone Wolf Estate & Auction Services.
* Types of payment accepted are Quickpay with Zelle, Cash or Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express). NO CHECKS will be accepted. Quickpay with Zelle payments are payable to lonewolfeas@gmail.com or 469.595.1384.
* All items must be paid for in person at Lone Wolf Estate & Auctions Services, by Square secured link or by Chase Quickpay.
* All invoices not paid within 1 business day will occur at 15% late fee. Invoices not paid by the 4th business day will be returned to inventory and bidder's file will be noted as a failure to pay.
* All items MUST be picked up by Sunday 4pm or items can and will be charged a $10 per day storage fee.
* Shipping is available only on small lots. All larger items will be set for local pickup only and will be listed in the description. Shipping will be via USPS Priority Mail and will be calculated as such. Items requiring shipping can and will be charged an additional handling fee.
* If items from this auction requires shipping, an additional 15% handling fee will be added to the cost along with the USPS Priority Shipping Rate.
* Winning items will ONLY be picked up during times designated.
* For internet-only auctions, we reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures.
* No Sales, trading, bartering, or horse trading of ANY items on premises at anytime! This will NOT be allowed or tolerated
* We have trash cans located throughout the facility, please dispose of your trash properly.
* All property is to be removed immediately on date(s) and time(s) specified.
* By bidding on any item the bidder shows acceptance of these terms and conditions and all other terms announced at the time of sale.
* All announcements made the day of auction take precedence over any and all written or verbal statements.

We have our weekly estate auction every Saturday night at 6:30pm where we will be liquidating various estates. We have a little bit of everything from antiques & collectibles, furniture, general household items, new items and so much more.
Absentee bidding will continue until 3pm central time on Saturday. Items can and will continue to be added to our catalog through Friday evening. Please note, not all items up for auction will be uploaded for absentee bidding and are available for preview at the auction house on the specified dates listed.
