TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR THIS AUCTION--THERE IS A 10% BUYERS PREMIUM ADDED TO EACH VEHICLE IN THIS AUCTION. -Keys are provided with the majority of these vehicles that have been obtained from HOA, commercial, other impound status. Maxx has been removing the personal property from the majority of the vehicles allowing for full inspection of the vehicles on the Friday prior to auction. Please take advantage of this time period to start the vehicles and take a complete interior/exterior inspection of the vehicles. Maxx places information on the windshield of the vehicle including known mechanical "goods and bads" of the vehicle for further assistance. Please note that the statements on the window are for reference only and not guarantees. -During inspection on Friday, please bring your State issued photo identification to check in with the team at Maxx. -A $100.00 refundable deposit along with State issued photo identification is required for registration. Payment is due immediately after the auction by cash, certified funds or credit card with 3% fee. -The vehicles are removed from the lot after the auction by Maxx for successful purchasers to remove from the adjacent streets. -All vehicles are sold "tow away" status-no emission test. -Either a title or impound paperwork will be provided to the successful purchaser that may or may not be accepted by the motor vehicle department. With past history, the paperwork provided on purchased vehicles have been accepted with less than 5 vehicles after an estimated 500 have been sold. -Please check with your out of state motor vehicle department if Colorado impound paperwork will be accepted to be converted to title. Several states have accepted this documentation to convert to title.
