GENERAL DESCRIPTION & METHOD OF SALE
Farm will be offered as 2 Parcels: Parcel A: The North Half (80 acres, m/l) AND Parcel B: The South Half (80 acres, m/l). The successful bidder will have choice of Parcel A, Parcel B or the entire 160 acre unit. If the successful bidder selects both parcels, the sale is over. In the event the Successful bidder selects one parcel, the remaining parcel will then be sold.
Surety Digital Soil Service indicates CSR(2) of 87.5 & CSR of 82.8 for the entire farm.
Parcel A: (N1/2): CSR(2) of 87.4 & CSR of 82.2
Parcel B: (S1/2): CSR(2) of 97.5 & CSR of 83.4
