BUYERS PREMIUM: A 10% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase. PAYMENT: Your credit card given at registration will be charged automatically at the conclusion of the auction. Any invoice that is $1000 or more must be paid by wire transfer with in 24 hours of auction closing. We will send buyer wiring instructions. TITLES: A $20.00 Title fee will be charged to the buyer for any titled item. Titles will be mailed to buyer via certified mail within 14 business days of items being paid for and picked up. NO EXCEPTIONS. STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 6:30pm CDT at a rate of 4 lots per minute. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 1 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes of any lot. SHIPPING: NO SHIPPING IS PROVIDED. LOAD OUT: Winning Bidders must pick their items up at 408 Custer Avenue in Curtis, NEBRASKA during the specified load out times. Load Out will be held on : Friday. September 29th - 4-7 PM and Saturday, September 30th - 10-2 ONLY... NO EXCEPTIONS! Any items left after the specified load out date will be considered forfeited. We will not be offering any additional load out dates or times. It will be the buyer's responsibility to dismantle & disconnect any and all equipment. Please bring your own packing materials, labor, tools & moving equipment. CAUTION: For demonstration purposes various equipment may be joined. Do not assume a lot consists of more than one item simply because they are connected or pictured together. Please inspect the lot numbers and read the descriptions. Margaret has moved to an assissted living facility in North Platte and has decided to put her home up for sale. In order to sell her home she needs to remove all of her items therefore we have decided to have an auction. This is a typical household auction and has a little bit of everything on it from antiques, collectables, coins, glassware, jewelry, furniture, appliances, household, and much more. Alot of items have been boxed up for lotting purposes and many lots buyer will be buying cupboards or drawers full so it was impossible to list everything in each lot. Expect some fun surprises!!
