All in-state bidders shall pay 7% Indiana state tax unless a tax exempt form has been provided. All items are sold as is unless guaranteed by grading in catalog or in writing in advance. We ship to those that cannot make it here in person. We get commercial pricing from FedEx and USPS and pass those savings on to our customers. We do charge a packing materials and handling fee to cover our expenses but are not profiting from the process.

Sale will be conducted in the Toystrainsandotheroldstuff LLC auction facility at 1951 W Division Rd, Fowler, IN. We are located 1 mile east of US 41, 6 miles north of Boswell, IN or 12 miles south of Kentland, IN coming from the west and 1 mile south of IN 18, 2 miles west of Fowler coming from the east. For those traveling more than a days drive away, the Red Roof Inn in Kentland is the closest hotel and offers discounted rates to our customers, just mention Toystrainsandotheroldstuff Auction house when booking a room or checking in and they will give you a discounted rate from their normal prices, their phone number is 219-474-5700. There are also many hotels to choose from in Lafayette and West Lafayette, which are 30 miles away. Auctions will start promptly at 10AM with preview from 8AM-10AM before each days sale. Lunch breaks will be 15 minutes each day at NOON. We provide sandwiches, water, coffee and dessert cake for all in attendance.
