Everything must be paid in full on the day of the auction and taken with you. 10% Buyers Premium will be added to the final bid price. Applicable State and County Sales Tax will be collected. All items sold as Is Where Is with no Warranty Express or implied including merchantability for any particular purpose. Buyers shall rely entirely on their own inspection and information. Every effort is made to "guard" merchandise throughout the auction; however, the bidder becomes solely responsible for all items purchased by him/her immediately following the winning bid. Therefore he/she is further advised to guard his/her items at their own discretion. Should a dispute arise between two or more bidders, the decision of the Auctioneer will be final. Bidders are encouraged to make their bids timely and clearly visible to the Auctioneer to avoid being missed. The Bidder is responsible for knowing which item he/she is bidding on. If unsure, inquire or don't bid. When you become the winning bidder at auction you have effected a contract and will be expected to pay for items in which you evidenced to be the winning bidder. Auctioneer will not honor mistakes. The Auctioneer reserves the right to accept bids in any increment he feels is in the best interest of his client, the seller. The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject the bidding of any person whose conduct, actions, or adverse comments he feels are not in the best interest of the seller. All Auctions in the State of Ohio are Reserve Auctions unless specifically stated otherwise. As such, the Auctioneer reserves the right to accept or decline any offers on any merchandise offered for sale. We accept Cash, and major Credit cards and Debit. We charge 3% for plastic. If the Auctioneers eye is not on you, you are not winning! All parties agree that by registering and receiving a number allowing them to bid and buy at this auction, will adhere to these terms and conditions, and expressly agree to be bound by these terms.
