Anyone intending to bid during the auction must register in the office at least 20 minutes before the auction begins. You must be at least 18 years of age to bid. You must show a valid driver's license (or another valid Government Issued photo ID) in order to register. Keep in mind you are buying the entire contents of each unit with the exception of built-in fixtures. All units are sold "as is" with no guarantee, expressed or implied, on the contents. This is a CASH ONLY auction. Please bid only with the money you have in your pocket! No checks or credit cards will be accepted. A cash security deposit of $100.00 is required for each unit purchased. The deposit will be refunded after the management has inspected the unit and found it to be cleaned out entirely, broom swept with nothing from the unit left behind. You will have 24 hours to empty the contents of the unit(s) you purchase. If additional time in needed, please speak to the management about a rental agreement. Buyers are requested to return any legal documents or personal affects found in the unit to the office. Please! NO SMOKING on the property. All bidders agree to hold harmless and indemnify the storage company, the auctioneer and his staff of any and all claims. The auctioneer and the storage company reserve the right to remove any buyer from the premises at their discretion.
