Sales Tax: 6% PA Sales Tax applied to the BP & Hammer price
Cash Payment Discount: 3% of Buyer’s Premium
Participation Requirements: Valid credit card required to register on Proxibid for approval
Payment Options: Cash and all major credit cards. Please notify auction company if you plan on paying cash at pick-up otherwise your credit card will automatically be charged.
Payment Instructions: Credit Cards will be charged within 24 hours. Please notify auction company if you plan on paying cash at pick-up otherwise your credit card will automatically be charged. If items are shipped you may have a second charge on your credit card for shipping and handling.

Shipping Instructions: A $2 handling fee will be charged for each package shipped if shipping is done in house. If a third party is used, all shipping fees are separate from auction company fees. Please make your intent of shipping vs pick up known immediately following closing of auction. SHIPPING COSTS AND SHIPPING/HANDLING PAYMENT: All third party shipping costs are completely separate and unrelated to Auction Company. Additional charges may apply with special requests. For furniture, heavy or extra large items, the buyer must hire a freight company and schedule them to pick up the item(s) during the scheduled removal.

Special Terms: You must bring your own manpower and tools to dismantle, carry, pack, load, etc. of your purchased items. Please bring your own boxes and wrapping material. We are NOT liable for any damage to any items. Items MUST be picked up at the scheduled removal time and location unless shipping is requested. All items must be paid for in full before removal or shipping. Your intent of pick up or shipping must be indicated immediately following closing of auction. *Auction Company reserves the right to solicit "absentee bids" from buyers and to initiate said bids on their behalf. Furthermore, the Auction Company has no restrictions on employees and or family members of employees and Auction Company to place bids on their own behalf, not on the behalf of Auction Company or auction company's consignors and or sellers.
