BIDDING: All auctions have a SOFT CLOSE on every item, this prevents sniping. Bidders who desire to make certain their bids are acknowledged, or who may not be able to bid at the closing time, should use the HiBid bidding feature allowing them to leave their maximum bid before the auction ends. 6. LOADING ASSISTANCE UNCLAIMED LOTS: There will not be any equipment present to load heavy items. We do not provide loading assistance, tools, packing materials or any equipment. Any items remaining at the conclusion of pick up day Sunday, August 20, 2017 from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. revert back to the owner with no refund to winning bidder. 7.
