Registering to bid constitutes your acceptance of all below: By bidding you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions. No exceptions. This is an absolute auction. All items are sold as-is. A 17% buyer’s premium will be charged on all purchases. 3% cash discount. All major credit cards accepted. Credit Cards will be processed within 24 hours of the auction closing. REMOVAL POLICY: You must bring your own manpower and tools to dismantle, carry, pack, and load, etc. of your purchased items. Please bring your own boxes and wrapping material. We are NOT liable for any damage to any items. Items MUST be picked up at the scheduled removal time and location. All items must be paid for in full before removal. Items not picked up will be considered abandoned and forfeited (no refund).
Auction Company reserves right to solicit "absentee bids" from buyers and to initiate said bids on their behalf. Furthermore, the Auction company has no restrictions on employees and or family members of employees and auction company to place bids on their own behalf, not on the behalf of auction company or auction company's consignors and or sellers. No Reserve Auction.
