Terms for on-line only real estate auctions
Vacant lots (Bolin Sub-division)
$2,500.00 non-refundable deposit due at the close of the auction per lot. 10% buyer’s fee apply per parcel. Closing with-in 15 days. All parcels sell as is and with owner’s confirmation. (very motivated).
All parcels have all city utilities available, Nineveh-Hensley-Jackson Schools.
Seller will provide clear title, vendor’s affidavit and general warranty deed. Buyer’s to pay the transfer and recording fees.
Taxes: Lot # 5 $123.00 semi- annual. Lot # 6 $88.00 semi-annual. Lot #9 $89.00. There is a home owner’s association dues are $75.00 annually. All will be pro-rated to closing day.
