Winning Bidder will be responsible for payment in full at the the time of pick-up, via Cash, Debit or Credit. ( Payment includes winning bid amount, plus applicable Buyers Premium and taxes, as stated in terms of auction)
WINNING NOTIFICATIONS : all winning bidders will receive an invoice emailed to them
If a buyer/bidder fails to pickup items on posted pickup day your credit card will be charged for the outstanding balance of your purchase.

PICKUP AND REMOVAL :Dates and times for pickup will be posted, if you can't have your items picked on the dates please refrain from bidding. Any items not picked up at designated time dates will be considered abandoned and disposal fees may/ will be charged to your credit card unless alternate arangements have been made.
We reserve the right to add or delete items/lots in the auction at any time during the auction
RESERVE: if an item is sold with a reserve, the minimum bid will have to be met to win the item/lot
SOFT CLOSE : items will close at regular intervals, any bids made in the final minute will be extended 2 minutes until bidding ceases
