Storage fees commence on the fifth (5th) day after an item has been purchased, unless prior arrangements have been made in writing. Storage fees are $20 per day. Items are considered abandoned if not picked up within fifteen (15) days of purchase. BID INCREMENTS: Bidding increment are: Up to $1,000 $1.00 $1,001 and Higher $10.00 STAGGERED AND SOFT CLOSE: Staggered Close: each lot ends 30 seconds after the previous lot (several second delay between each lot, so all lots don't end at the same time). Soft Close: Bidding activity will extend three (3) minutes, per lot, if there is bidding activity in that lot in the last three (3) minutes. Bidding will be extended until there are no more bids.
