Terms and Conditions 1. You MUST be registered and have a bidders card to bid. 2. Winning bidders may pay with Credit Card or Cash only (sorry no Checks) 3. There is a 10% Buyers premium for Cash and 13% for CC this auction 4. There will be Sale Tax for this auction 5. All items are sold AS-IS where is and with no Warranties 6. All items are available for your inspection prior and during the auction 7. All Sales are final 8. Once an item is sold, the item becomes the property and responsibility of the winning bidder. The Auction Firm or personell of the firm does not assume any responsibility for missing or damaged items or lots following the sale of an item. 9. No items may be removed from the premise until paid in full 10. If there are any disputes, of any kind for any reason, the auctioneer calling the auction is granted the final say 11. Sold means Sold. Item will not be resold or reopened unless the auctioneer determines it is necessary 12. Absentee will be accepted online and on location with the proper documents are on file prior to the sale and the Auctioneer and/or Auction Firm Personnel will be responsible for processing all bids. 13. Items purchased need to be removed the day of the auction. If items are left they will be considered Abandon and will be trashed

This auction will be a Downsizing / Moving for multiple personal property Auction in North Royalton. This will consist of items such as American Girl Dolls and accessories, Polly Pockets, Star Wars Case and figures, Thomas the Train track and more, Musical Instruments, Many different household items, Some Furniture, Holiday Decor, Homemade Miniature Barn, and much more. Box lots will also be up for auction. Many different items will be be up for auction. The auction will start at 1pm on Saturday May 13th 2017 Preview will start at 11am on Saturday May 13th 2017 This auction will be outside. Will go Rain or Shine Please bring your chair and dress according. Also bring your own boxes. Drinks and Snacks will be available for purchase. This auction event will be unique in that we will be using our software and auction interface for absentee bidding. This is the first time we will be using this feature and online absentee bidding will end at 5:00pm on Friday, May 12th, 2017. While we love to have our bidders live on site, we know that attending can be difficult due to distance, obligations, etc. If you do place absentee bids online and then find you are able to attend, PLEASE be sure you are not bidding against yourself. Your absentee bids placed online are binding and will be executed at the live auction by the auctioneer and/or personnel from Handline's Auctions. Ohio sales tax will be added to winning bids for in-state bidders and the buyer's premium for this auction is 10% for cash and 13% for credit cards. Checks will not be accepted.
