150 - Fleetform Fiberglass Boat 25hp Merc Outboard 2004 The 1950s Fleetform Commodore boat was redone and is in nice condition. The trailer is in good working condition. The 2004 25HP Mercury is in nice condition. The serial number is OT80935 2004. This boat is very light. It comes with a cover and also has a Minnkota depthfinder. 

151 - 19' Grumman Deck Boat, 90HP Force, Profile Trailer The boat has a canopy. The interior seats have some issues. This was used last year. It has live wells and two batteries that Mike stores inside. This has a spare tire, a removable plastic table, a cover, and more. 

152 - Johnson Seahorse 10HP QD-16 Outboard Motor This was serviced at some point in the last decade. 

153 - Murray Pro 46" Cut 16HP Lawn Tractor This tractor runs (see video). Overall, it is in pretty nice condition for its age. The back left tire is off of the bead. 

154 - Master Cut 7" Portable Tile Saw

159 - Milwaukee Heavy Duty Sawzall It is in better than average used condition. It comes with a couple of blades. 

160 - Mainstays 8.5' Single Top Offset Umbrella This cranks up. It is meant to be bolted to a deck or it needs counter weight. It has to be helped to be cranked down. 

161 - 10' x 10' x 6' Dog Kennel Unused in Box The end of the box got wet. 

162 - Agri-Fab Pull Behind Lawn Sweeper This was stored in a garage and has no sun fading. 

163 - 8' x 6' Utility Trailer with Leaf Springs The deck and sides are weathered. It has a 68" tongue. 

164 - Metal Tilt-Bed Lawn Trailer 44" x 33" box This was stored in a utility shed.

200 - Very Clean Simmons Queen Mattress & Box This is a pillow top mattress from the home. This home was for part time use. The mattress was always covered with a mattress cover and extra pad. This was with use on lot #201. You can pick up the mattress on the scheduled pick up day, or we can haul it to the auction house in Phillips for a $5 fee (where you can pick it up). 201 - Fine Pine Bear Motif Queen Headboard & Bed Frame The headboard measures 65" x 41" x 8". You can pick up the bed on the scheduled pick up day, or we can haul it to the auction house in Phillips for a $5 fee (where you can pick it up). 202 - Elite Field Inside Kennel Cage Dog Collapsible This appears unused! It measures 48" long, 29" wide, by 32" in height. 

203 - Wooden Snowshoes-Unused-56" x 10" These snowshoes have nice bindings and appear to be unused. They were hanging on the inside wall of the house. 

204 - Elexa 10" to 40" Flat Panel TV Wall Mount NIB This is new in the box. 

205 - Drop Leaf Table w/Drawer & 4 Chairs Wildlife Seats This is in very lightly used condition. With the leaf out 37" x 39" x 36" high (or 23" wide with leaf down). The seat height is 25" tall. These are sturdy chairs.

207 - Verlo Full Size Mattress with tags This was in the guest bedroom of the summer home. We found no stains.

233 - Extreme Track Outfitters 21 Speed Mountain Bike This is in nice condition with little use.
