Online Terms: This will be an online only auction with all bidding to take place online with a soft close. If there are bids during the last 2 minutes, the end time will be extended for 2 additional minutes. This will continue until there are no bids for a period of 2 minutes, at which time the auction will close. Registration will be through our website and you will be contacted for confirmation of your registration before being approved to bid. THERE IS NO BUYER’S FEE ADDED TO THE SALES PRICE, FINAL BID WILL BE THE CONTRACT PRICE. TERMS: Owner is highly motivated to sell but reserves the right to accept or reject the final bid.
