Announcements day of auction take precedence over all printed advertising.

Commission Fees:

Commission fees for the Tuesday Consignment Auction are calculated based on total sales of consignments.

35% commission will be charged on the first $300.00 of consignments and 25% commission will be charged on additional sales greater than $300.00 .

There will be a $10 fee for consignments totaling less than $100.00.

Consignments are subject to disposal fees.

No checks will be written for less than $10.00.

Absentee Bidding:

We accept absentee bidding on all auctions and will bid on your behalf.

There will be a 10% buyer’s premium on all winning absentee bids. You can pick up and pay for your item(s) at our office Wednesday-Friday. Please call the office before you come to make sure there will be someone there to help you.

Items will be considered abandoned and are the property of Black and Gold Auctions after 30 days if not picked up regardless of payment. You are still liable for your bid and payment of abandoned items.
