Notice of Sale of Unpaid Storage and Transportation Charges
In accordance with the provisions of the California Uniform Commercial Code, there being due and unpaid storage for Watford Moving & Storage, is entitled to a lien as warehouseman on goods hereinafter described and due notice having been given to parties known to claim an interest therein and time specified in such notice for such notice for such payment of such having expired, notice is hereby given that these goods will be sold at public auction by competitive bidding Located at Watford Moving & Storage, 25655 Springbrook #24, Santa Clarita, CA 91350 in the County of Los Angeles on the 1st day of May 2017 at the hour of 10:00 A.M. Should it be impossible to sell all the lots on the above date, the sale will be continued until all lots are sold. Auction shall be live open-outcry auction on-site, optional bids may be accepted by phone, fax and/or Internet bidding with cash deposit.
