BY SUBMITTING ANY BID YOU ARE SIGNIFYING ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS of the Chesapeake Auction House.
1. All bidders must register with the Chesapeake Auction House and give full identifications to bid including a valid credit card.
2. Full payment is due on completion of sale. All Sales are Final…. NO EXCEPTIONS!
3. Payment is accepted in the form of Cash, Master Charge, Visa, American Express, or Discover Card.
4. All purchases must be paid in full before any merchandise can be removed from the premises.
5. All items must be removed within one week of the close of the auction, unless prior arrangements have been made with the auction company. Buyers assume responsibility for any/all shipping arrangements. Shipping is available with a shipping and handling fee. Contact us for a quote. Merchandise left after that time will be considered abandoned and may be resold without notice. Your credit card will be charged for all purchases whether removed or not…. NO EXCEPTIONS!
6. There will be a 13% Buyers Premium added to the purchase price of each lot sold. Chesapeake Auction House is required by Maryland law to charge state sales tax of 6%. Any bidder wishing to use a tax resale number must have a resale number on file prior to the auction.
7. Chesapeake Auction House takes great care in the description and representation of all items, but these items are offered "as is" and "where is". The auctioneer and seller make no representation or warranty expressed or implied as to the merchantability, correctness, description, fitness or condition. This is an "Online Only" Auction starting March 8, 2017 - 5 PM and ending March 16, 2017 - 7 PM. A Buyer's Premium of 13% plus 6% sales tax will be added to your invoice at the close of the auction. 1 Set of Fire King Glass Serving Dishes and Shaver This lot includes 13 glass serving dishes. Most dishes include a cover, but some do not. Largest Dish measures 10" wide. Also included is a Pyrex shaving handle, number 24. 2 Large Ceramic Bowl and 6 Table Cloths This lot includes one 16" wide ceramic bowl and 6 table cloths. The bowl is in good condition with some staining and a small crack on its lip. The crack is only a surface crack. Table cloths are in used but good condition. 3 Set of Ceramic Cannister Jars This lot includes a set of 6 ceramic ingredients jars. The largest ones measure 8" tall. They are marked Holland and Germany 1135. 4 Vintage Butter Churn This lot includes one 4 quart mixing jar. It is in great working condition and measures 14" tall and 6" wide. Only discernible damage is bottom of mixing paddles exhibit corrosion. 5 Vari-Flare Box and Reflectors This lot includes one metal Vari-Flare box with 2 reflectors. 6 Vintage Lock This is a metal lock in good condition. There is engraved wording on it, but hard to make out what it says. You can clearly see U.S.A. On it however. Key is NOT included. Measures 3 inches tall. 7 Ornate Ceramic Tea Set This lot includes a Tea set consisting of 21 pieces. There are 6 cups, 1 creamer, one 9" tall teapot, 1 cup with lid, six 8" plates, and six 5.5" saucers. Some pieces have faded paint but overall, this set is in excellent condition. 8 Honeycomb Calcite Candle Holder In excellent condition. This is a candle holder made from honeycomb calcite which is highly translucent stone. It measures 3.5" tall. 9 Vintage Lock This is a metal vintage lock. In good condition. Measures 3" tall. Does NOT come with a key. 10 Tin Watering Can This tin watering can is in excellent condition. It measures roughly 12" tall. 11 Upper-Body Lady Mannequin This mannequin is measures roughly 20" tall and is in excellent condition. It is made of plastic. The hair is removable. 12 Vulcan Corp Bowling Pin Burlington is in used condition with many dings and dents on it. Vultex II and ABC approved.
